Critical Alarm Automation™
Critical Alarm Automation generates work orders in your SchoolDude.com MaintenanceDirect™ account based on events in your BMS. This automated process leverages your current investment, keeps your records current and helps you know about problems before they become major.
No CommLogix hardware is required on site. You can configure multiple alarms per location to cover your major mechanical systems. When an alarm message arrives in Critical Alarm Automation, a work order will be generated for any newly reported problems. Multiple notifications of the same issue are caught by the system to prevent duplicate work order creation.
Worried about following up on newly created critical alarm work orders? Don't worry - CAAutomation has the capability to monitor each work order generated from BMS notifications to check its status. If a specific work order hasn't been acknowledged within a predefined amount of time (that you control), an escalation message will be sent to the next person on the "call list". You shouldn't have to worry about late-night emergency calls going un-answered. Let Critical Alarm Automation track someone down for you!
Facility Schedule Automation™
CommLogix implements a small device in your facility to communicate locally with your Building Automation Systems (BAS). This device is referred to as a CommLogix Local Server (CLS). In the SchoolDude FSDirect, CommLogix will monitor for upcoming events and automatically adjust the BAS zones in your facility to the proper occupied/unnocupied state.
Facility Schedule Automation Connects with FSDirect™ so that approved events are automatically scheduled in your Building Automation System(s). This automated process leverages your current investment to condition the associated zones for each event.
