The products from SchoolDude.com are industry leading educational facility management applications. These products include: 1) FSDirect, which allows the building staff to schedule all events; 2) Maintenance Direct for work order and work flow process.
CommLogix
CommLogix provides the bridge between your SchoolDude Applications and your facilities. We do this by the following:
- Facility Schedule Automation - CommLogix implements a small device in your facility to communicate locally with your Building Automation Systems (BAS). This device is referred to as a CommLogix Local Server (CLS). In the case of SchoolDude FSDirect, CommLogix will monitor for upcoming events and automatically adjust the BAS zones in your facility to the proper occupied/unoccupied state.
- Critical Alarm Automation - No CommLogix hardware required on site. Automatically directs critical alarm messages from your BAS and generates a work order for each alarm in your Maintenance Direct application.
HVAC Foreman or BAS Integrator
This is a key component to the process. This person must understand the BAS and be able to work with our technicians. Once the original training and setup is complete, the CommLogix solution will become a valuable tool for this person.
